Skinsation is a fast-growing East Asian beauty retailer specialising in K-beauty skincare and personalised customer experiences. We are expanding and looking for our first Retail Assistant to join our Mirabooka Kiosk.

The Role:
As a Retail Assistant / Sales, you will:
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service
- Assist customers in finding products suited to their skin type and concerns
- Process transactions accurately using POS
- Pack and ship online orders with care and accuracy
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory tasks
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store events
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, sales, and operational support across both retail and e-commerce.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, confident communicator
- Genuine interest in skincare and beauty
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail (especially for order packing)
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using POS systems
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Bonus if you:
- Understand or use K-beauty & J-beauty products
- Have experience in cosmetics or skincare sales
- Are confident explaining ingredients and routines
Training is included with product knowledge for the right individual.

Pay & Employment Details:
Remuneration is in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award (Level 2), including applicable penalties and casual loading.
