Change of Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused

Unopened
-
In their original, undamaged condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase
A full store credit will be issued for approved change-of-mind returns. Store credit can be used online or in-store and is not redeemable for cash.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Return Conditions
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or faulty item).
All returns are assessed once received. Processing times are estimated at up to four weeks from the date the returned item is received and approved. This timeframe includes receiving, inspecting, and processing the return, as well as your bank’s processing time. In many cases, this may occur sooner.
