- Standard Shipping: $9.95
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $79
- Express Shipping: $19.95
- Free Express Shipping: On orders over $149
Shipping locations:
- We deliver to all locations within Australia.
- International orders are currently not supported.
Shipping times:
- For metro locations, estimated delivery times are between 4 to 8 business days after fulfilment.
- Standard Shipping - 4 to 8 business days
- Express Shipping - 2 business days
- We fulfill orders within 2 business days.
- Delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to logistical challenges, transportation disruptions, or carrier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
- Approved change-of-mind returns will receive a full store credit, usable online or in-store. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

I haven’t received my products – what should I do?

If you don't have an account, please check your email for your order number. You can use this order number to track your package via the "Track My Order" page on our website.
